Does Timezone do better deals for large groups?

Yes, for groups or 30 or more people please contact your local Timezone.

Does Timezone provides supervision of children?

Our staff will not accept responsibility for the supervision or wellbeing of a child, you are encouraged to bring helpers for every 6 children, our staff will take reasonable care to add support but will have other duties too.

What happens if guests arrive once party has already started?

Guests arriving after party started will still be able to join but will be entitled to play the remaining of the party only.

Can adults join at the kids price?

Yes, if adults want to play they can be added at the same discounted party price.

How early should I arrive for my party?

It is best to arrive 10-15 minutes before the schedule time in order not to affect any other parties schedules.

How long does it normally take for the party from start to finish?

Party playing time is either 1 hour or 2 hours depending on the pack you choose.

Do I get a refund if I cancel my party?

At least 5 working days' notice must be given for a full refund. Cancellation within 5 days of the party no refund will be given.

When do I pay the balance?

Balance due is to be paid on the day of the party, before it starts.

Do we need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a 20% deposit is required to book a party, this deposit will be deducted from the total cost of party.

Can I bring my own food?

Our guests typically choose to play with us and eat elsewhere, we do not provide a party space, tables or cutlery etc for Parties, but talk to us if you have specific requirements and we may be able to make some suggestions.

How far in advance do I need to book my party or group event?

Bookings are received 3-4 weeks in advance normally however we will do our best to accommodate your booking in a short notice.
